The company, lead by Mr Gerard Murphy, is a progressive organisation which originated from a need to provide quality recreation services with a variety of management options on behalf of both community and private organisations.

Our strengths are a "hands on" management style that is a positive approach toward people and adopts a serious attitude to service and public relations. Our innovation directs us firmly into the future.

Whilst the management philosophy is oriented towards facilitating events and programs that satisfy the general public, it is equally mindful of business and budgetary needs.

We understand and productively respond to local communities. We are conscious of the requirements to provide a balance of programs and activities that cater for the various target audiences and are conscious of the importance of equity and social justice.

Our services are designed to assist local government and the general public at large. Changes in society and attitudes have brought profound changes to the way people conduct business. Local government especially has had to adopt a different approach to satisfy the competitive needs of service provision and reduced funding.

Our belief is that public activities should be community based, so we are keen to assist local interest and encourage people to be involved in Leisure, Arts and Cultural pursuits.
